WordPress 4.6 bug: Button Add Media Not Working – SOLVED

WordPress 4.6 bug: Button Add Media Not Working on CHROME BUT WORKS FINE ON FIREFOX. WHY?
Also ‘Insert/Edit Link’ miss the ‘Gear’ icon.

SOLVED! Updating WordPress to 4.6.1 version fixed this issue!
